He impounded an appropriation congress had made. As none of the fricking rightoids know what that word means they tried to make it about the fricking phone call itself rather than the fricking implication.

Obviously this isn't going to work this time either but impoundment is fricking one of the fricking clearest cut legitimate ways to be impeached. If congress passes a fricking bill that says x gets n and doesn't attach executive managed controls then the fricking executive doesn't get to have anything to do with it.

I do enjoy that all the fricking rightoids seem to really want a fricking monarch or emperor though. It warms the fricking cockles that people can be so r-slurred to claim to support the fricking constitution and then shit all over it.

Didn't Biden admit to doing the same thing? And then after trump got impeached for wanting to look into hunter, didn't hunter get pardoned for crimes "he totally didn't commit"?

Also, I don't see why the executive is obligated to spend every dollar that is allocated to them. If anything, they are being fiscally responsible. I'm glad they can find more efficient ways to run their departments.
