I don't know much about him, but I think it is mostly the cringe.
Perhaps also that with his 'Day x of Being a Girl' he's being blatant that he was living out a caricature of womanhood, but from the gay theatre kid perspective rather than the neurodivergent incel perspective. Like he essentially remade himself into a 24/7 drag queen, didn't even change his name, but should now be considered a genuine woman.
But it's probably just that he's incredibly cute twinky and cringe and annoying and basic.

I wouldn't comment on Mulvaney except he has to be at least a narcissist, but I meant Philosophy Tube/Olly Thorn is a sociopath.
But yes, I don't know much about Mulvaney except he looks incredibly annoying. I think he's regarded as a skinwalker as well, but unlike Thorn skinwalking Contrapoints Dylan's skinwalking a generic femininity.
