I wouldn't even say my one wagie job was super skilled and I got vacation and healthcare whenever I went full time.
During part time I still got "vacation" but it would accrue for 8hrs and then cash out as an extra day. Sick time was always generous after six months or so.

also if you see someone get hit by a car and then render aid, your obligated to help them after. A lot of times the driver in such a situation might just reverse and back over the person they hit to kill them bc thats cheaper than paying for their medical care and support if they live.
