If they issue permits, they can condition those permits as long as it's non-discriminatory criteria. "No politics" is potentially such a rule.

It's really crazy the contrast between the two types of "political" throws

One is peepeeriding some butthole

The other is "Hey, everyone should be allowed to be who they are and that's okay"
