I think his school of thought led to black leadership becoming perpetually corrupt. Almost every leader in american black communities runs on race baiting, with no reason to ever fix those issues because it would undermine their platform. Today, most black leaders campaign on race hustling and you can't win elections in black areas unless you join in. They don't want to hear that people need to stop having kids out of wedlock, and to learn a trade so you can earn a stable income. They want to hear that it's not their fault, that nonblacks are bad.

Booker T. did a lot of good for the reconstruction era south, and it's sad that he was vilified after his death like he was. He wanted integration in the workforce and education first, with political and social equality coming naturally over time. I think the end results speak for themselves looking at how badly things went for the black community in the wake of Malcom X and his school of thought becoming dominant in the culture.

He was also a muslim and a communist so I don't think very highly of him as a person either.

Malcolm X was NOI and that's VERY different from real Islam (that's the yakub cult shit where like half of them are child molesters and terrorists) and him leaving that sphere is a big part of why he was murdered.

but his idea of house negro vs a field negro incentives was pin point

no human is impeccable but a construct of impeccable person is needed, initially at least, to shepard lost souls. that faith is bound to be broken eventually
