Even Mandela was (understandably) Sovietwingcucked and denounced america till his death, not realizing it was Burgerland spearheading the sanctions crippling SA. He despised the west as he believed majority white countries were complicit with SA, even though Bongland and america was hesitant to have the Union of SA as an anti-communist bulwark in Southern africa - always ironic as Apartheid SA whites worshipped Burgerland, but Burgerland was literally too ashamed to have us as anything more than informal allies
Point is the West had certainly a complicated relationship with SA, especially amerika, yet still did the "right things" in the end - yet all the shit Mandela accused westerners of having done, Soviets had done as well, like subjugating Hungary and checzhland, and propping up dictators as long as they were anti-capitalists.
And again it would be understandable if Mandela was pro-soviet out of sheer loyalty to friends having had a hand in his revolution to democracy from an opprressive white state, but he was genuinely ideologically wingcucked, and even denied the existence of the infamous Siberian Gulag hellholes as Burger propaganda - sneedman falls in this same line.
