$3m net worth is even more annoying now

I still make around 200k from my job no one will ever pay me more than that because I'm a black woman and corporate America is still racist. The bulk of my income comes from RE investments. However, I'm smarter than 95% of everyone I've ever worked with and I deliver but still get never get picked for promotion. I feel more disgusted with working because ordinary 6% drop in the market and my NW is down more than my entire salary. I'm considering the start up route because obviously not going to get my richer from this job but don't feel rich enough to quit. If I was getting 500K TC like y'all then sure I will stay but 200k is pittance. What will you do if you were me?

Truly heartbreaking seeing my friend's ~$100M net worth increase by $10M yoy while their earned income is only $400k. That's so unfair, high time for the government to step in and ensure that everybody's earned income is at least 5% of their net worth!
