It didn't happen, but if it did, it's a good thing I'm sure it was more like "I support your message 1000%, Alex, but let me gently remind you that subtlety can be a vital part of artwork." and less like "I love the patriarchy and your support of women's rights is making me irrationally angry!". Also, you're probably supposed to picture some evil old white man saying this, but I'm sure it was a female teacher.
