As an "insider" let me tell you that in the job interview for most retails you (usually) get all your tasks and obligations explained in detail. These "people" signed their contracts and knew these details and yet all they do is b-word and b-word and b-word. Treat your local wagies nicely, someone needs to do the job. I can understand the complaining from cashiers, but how tf do you complain about being a stockman? You put the shit on the shelves, you ask the customers if they need something. The worst thing about it is sometimes havimg to ask another employee where the beans are

Even being a cashier isnt that bad, i worked as one for a big grocery shop. You just say hi, scan and bag shit. The worst case is scenario is some 50 yr old woman makes you neurodivergentally pack the bags the way she specifically wants which rarely happened

Someone I know says their mask sticking to her face from sweat of working all day + perfumes in the store made her sneeze, and then a 50 year old was SCREAMING and WAILING because she sneezed and is selfishly superspreading omnicron and she should have stayed home if she was sick and I want to see the mananger, etc. etc.
