You (or rather the person who believes they are acting on Gods will) would have to be able to make a compelling case that that was the reason for your actions, otherwise you'd have to face earthly judgement if your actions were criminal.
If you believe it was divine commandment, but you couldn't make that compelling case then the rest of us would be correct for judging you to be a schizo and treating you accordingly.
If it really was divine commandment but you still couldn't convince the rest of us and faced eartlhly judgement, then the rest of us thankfully live in the age of grace and may find fogiveness for our mistake.
