Basically they are calling out that entire classes of weaponry of great significance have been left out, like the infamous Javalins the portable ATGM which had a significant influence in aiding the Ukro infantry in stalling and sometimes outright wiping out russian military convoys. Brtish LAW's also played a role, but yank Javalins were the overwhelming majority of this weapon type, donated and taught before the war.

Other shit includes Korean/jap munitions bought by yank money, as in the really REALLY important munitions like artillery rounds which actually did damage.

I lived in austria from 2002 to 2006 and went to an international middle school at that time. Europeans have a superiority and inferiority compelx at the same time when it comes to the us. On one hand, we're uncultured barbarians who are jealous of their history and way of life. On the other, we dont do enough to make the world the EU utopia across the globe. One thing to remember is this is nothing new. Even before the revolutionary war that is how europe viewed any non european entity.
