You know, I really thought the idea that foids date conservatives because lefties aren't real men was just conservative cope. I assumed it was something chuds told themselves. Comics like this make me question that doubt.

My most chud opinion is that waiters absolutely do not deserve anywhere near the wages they claim is the "bare minimum". I'll gladly tip the guys slaving in the kitchen more than the guys yucking it up at the hostess stand, provided they actually show up in the first place.

Any restaurant worth a darn will split the tips and cut the chefs in, but it does blow my mind, yeh. Most chefs I know are cool older dudes but they make jack shit because of criminal records, etc

For the chefs to accept the money? I guess. Maybe if the FoH, after being tipped out, decide individually to pass some to BoH, that might be fine. Even if the manager isn't involved, coercion from BoH to do this would also be illegal.
Any tips flowing from FoH to BoH "voluntarily" should also be post-tax if you want to get picky. If it's shared pre-tax, then it's evidence of internally illegal tip distribution at a restaurant (arguably).

I worked a service job through high school that paid minimum wage but because it was at a department store I didn't get any tips
But even then I was forced to watch food service workers and pizza delivery drivers throw hissy fits about how they deserved more tips than they were already getting and it blackpilled me against them forever

They say 20% is what should be standard, but I know they're not paying taxes on that, so I tip 10% and donate the other 10% to the U.S. Board Patrol, skipping the IRS middleman.
