OperaGX is a "gaming browser". A "gaming browser" you may say? "That is the most r-slurred thing I've ever heard of are you going to make a gaming word processor next" you say? Keep in mind g*mers are r-slurred.
Either way a cursory view of their Twitter shows that it's clearly one of these companies that employed a """fun""" millennial guy to run the PR twitter and post memes and jokes for viral attention, latest being this
We're currently developing a feature that'll remove any trace of Grummz from the web pic.twitter.com/qjiZDiX9K1
— Opera GX (@operagxofficial) March 31, 2025
I don't know who Grummz is other than that he's a g*mer but this is quite clearly a joke. Grummz seems to think that a browser is unironically specifically developing a feature that changes his name to "[REDACTED]", blurs his profile image, and changes his game title to "[unplayable]", and that this was done and announced with serious intentions
You know you are getting too effective when an entire BROWSER company is trying to erase you from the internet.

Opera GX fully triggered. Winning. pic.twitter.com/kZVBY8DgHZ
His fans seem to think so as well
Good to know that @operagxofficial supports "un-personing" people. I'll be happy to make sure everyone I know is aware of this! If this was a joke, someone needs to be fired, this is not professional behavior!

You can not like him all you want, but when you remove the option for other people you are taking away our choice. Sounds kinda facist to me.

Imagine being so butthurt over an individual that you'd risk sinking your entire infrastructure over erasing him from the internet.

You'll need one of these. pic.twitter.com/GqMfwDIpmf
What’s up with these folks and always wanting to “get rid” of people they don’t like
— Seed Oil Disrespecter™️ (@SeedOilDsrspctr) March 31, 2025
Amid him being doxxed and swatted, this is actually targeted harassment. You could fall liable for any further damages done. Dehumanization harassment is a aerious crime and could actually sue you for dehumanization and character defamation.

Did they get hacked?
— RYOMA 🥷 (@HonorboundRyoma) March 31, 2025
It goes on and on. What is wrong with them? Again, g*mers are r-slurred. Anyone playing a video game released after 2018 is genuinely r-slurred. All video game development teams need to be replaced with transgender DNC employees.

I can't believe Mark Kern has attracted such a large legion of r-slurs to defend him (from phantoms of course), very amazing despite being nothing but a blight on game development for more than a decade at this point. I was just complaining about him yesterday too for what he did with Firefall and his current scam Em-8ER.

I guess he's almost fully transitioned (lol) to outragebait grifter at this point. Hopefully he stops pretending he's working on his game that sold founder's packages for several hundred dollars almost 10 years ago.

Holy shit this is such an obvious april fools joke and literally nobody seems to have picked up on it.
Okay okay I saw a couple tweet replies here and there but they were absolutely buried by r-slurs.
Apparently you really do need to use /sarcasm tags for neurodivergents to understand.

To be fair this is something
have done in the past many times. This applies to Kern, the libtards, and Opera.
