My local department of education is a bunch of old fricks who have never taught in their lives, haven't stepped in a classroom in over 10 years, and have to create problems to justify their own existence.
But it's okay because they would rather budget the money on useless TVs and programs to get rich white kids money grants rather then update broken equipment that been there since the 90s or even pay a higher salary to get better teachers invested in working there
