I normally say it's stupid for business people to get involved in politics, but this has been too entertaining.

Working today with my GS-14 "customer" who requires my guys to send a "daily status report" while working in the field of every task they accomplished and how they completed that task and he is extremely anal about the format. (The reporting part of this contract is very vauge and basically allows the government to request whatever they want according to legal)

He bitched an moaned all lunch long about how Elon is making him send 5 bullet points once a week about what he did. Probably the hardest I've ever had to hide my power level around the customer.

I'm seething now sitting at the bar thinking about lunch today.
