idk what that means 
They told me the WhatsApp weight loss group wasn't a violation—because "weight loss had previously been discussed with you and your colleague." That was a real life, Michael Scott moment.

I think he's claiming two weigh ins a week is unhealthy. And I'll give him it's probably more beneficial to do a weekly check in than obsess over tiny fluctuations. Unhealthy is an exaggeration though.
