But this ain't chinkshit. There's much more on the line, and Apple also has every right to have authorized repair people.
If you forced them to not to do this, then they'd simply reduce the scope of their warranties because they'd have no say in who can actually repair these products.
Then, as Eurobeans do, you could force the company to extend their warranty to 2 years or 5, so all the company would do is raise their price to cover the foreseeable loss.
I'm not sure why leftoids have zero understanding of the real world.

It's a dumb myth perpetuated by commies.
A lot of the specific examples they cite are myths, like the light bulb bullshit, but you can't pretend it never ever happens at all. One obvious example being that you can't replace the battery in your phone anymore. I'm sure there's legit technical reasons for it, but c'mon. I don't even the option of buying a thicker phone with a removable battery.

Yeah, it costs like $20 more.
The problem with you BIPOCs is that none of you understand the unintended outcomes of your favorite policies (of forcing people to do whatever you want). They would reduce the scope and duration of their warranties. If that was also forced by government to not do so, they'd raise their price (and sell less, so they'd have to layoff some people). Your mindset is completely contrary to the principle of liberty because socialists are a bunch of short-sighted BIPOCs who love the idea of unicorn government with zero consequences. When will you r-slurs grow up? Freedom doesn't mean "I get free shit forced by government at the expense of everyone else because I believe I should."

I wouldn't trust a 3rd party to fix a gas chromatograph or NMR, let alone cancer diagnostic equipment.
If the manufacturer is responsible for equipment bring as accurate as advertised, and the doctor is responsible for using it and diagnosing patients correctly, then you'd either need to heavily regulate the training of 3rd party servicers, or simply allow the manufacturer to be the one to do maintenance.
As for medical patents -- if you spend half a billion dollars developing a drug and then allow everyone else in the chemical industry to start profiting from it, then you will always operate at a net loss. If we don't want to permit patents for drugs, then the American People as a whole (the government) needs to recompense and reward the developers for their research before letting everyone else start making it.
They're free to void warranties, however, they have to be able to prove that the unauthorized attempt to repair the device actually caused damage. It makes sense, if you do the repair by the book and use the same parts they do, they shouldn't be able to use that to weasel out of covering the device under warranty when something else breaks later down the line.
Apple also has every right to have authorized repair people.
Sure, but they also don't have a right to prevent third-parties from repairing their devices.
But this ain't chinkshit. There's much more on the line
The video addresses this, but you can make this exact argument against people repairing their cars as well. I don't see people arguing for automakers to have the exclusive right to repair their cars.
A real free market strag should recognize that limiting competition in the repair market leads to higher costs.

Sure, that's what court is for. You already have that right, and it's good that you have to spend money to do so (unless you win). Can't have leeches exploiting the judicial system, can we?

"You have to spend all the money to develop a drug and then let everyone else make money off your invention! You have to invent cancer diagnostic equipment and let random people perform maintenance on them! And if they break them and you get sued for the device not detecting cancer, you have to allow lawyers who don't know anything to prove that it was the 3rd party repair man!"
