how to lose fat if youre like 200+lbs
(my friend did this, has lost over 100 lbs)
-stop eating shit. No more soda/energy drinks/etc especially. no more poptarts or processed sugary foods. no more processed foods if you can for the most part.
-do a little run every day. try to work up to at least a mile.
-drink plenty of water. maybe waterfast for a day every once in awhile
for better, more optimal results, and especially if youre just skinnyfat:
-start working out and eat protein. replace that fat with muscle. You can do this easily as 20 minutes a day of light exercise every other day.
-dont listen to strangers on the internet go do research im mostly talking out of my butt but I know this stuff all will help though to what extent i have no idea

Water is very important. Cleans shit out of your body, etc, plus it's a performance enhancer. Yeah. Performance enhancer. Water. Who knew?
