I've lost 13lbs so far based on a recommendation to use Cronometer for calorie counting from this website!

Not really that impressive. You can lose like 10 pounds if you stop drinking anything with sugar in it alone.

The only sugar I drink on a regular basis is in my coffee creamer, turned out to be only 100 cals though (2x2tbsp in my daily two cups of coffee.). I’m fine with allocating that in my goal.

Good advice for most burgers though :marseythumbsup:

Sugar is the issue, it's kind of like a multiplier tbh. Every time I've stopped drinking sugar drinks and changed nothing else I lost 10 pounds.

I mean obviously that still applies in general right - but I think sugar actually accelerates weight gain outside of the calories:
