I'm unironically seething reading all the Twitter replies who probably didn't even watch the video. The "46-year-old" thing is based on the fact that they used a generic vaccination passport image as the example.
I'm also not seeing any evidence that the Australian government produced, shared, or endorsed this ad. The only reply that points this out is linked an article written by the OP which is essentially just the tweet but stretched out because journo.
