seriously though: BIPOC, r-slur, it's not going to stop with those.

in my childhood the f-word was frick. but we don't care about frick anymore (which isn't a bad thing, really) ... the new bad "f-word" will become cute twink.

Pretty sure that all no-no words get sent to a bot queue, and the admins scroll through and pick which users should be banned. Maybe your acoc*nt is old enough or the admins deemed the context "safe." I've definitely got tempbans for that word though.
