Let me break this down as simply as possible:
Heβs going to continue to make accounts and freak out indefinitely, regardless of what we do or donβt do. Weβve tried being nice to him and fawning over Cher and Blackpink (his two interests) with him. Weβve tried agreeing that everyone but him is a p-dophile. Weβve tried playing along with his death threats. None of it changes anything. He does not react to external stimuli. The posts you see would happen regardless of whether or not anyone even acknowledges him. As you can see by this thread, which appeared apropos of nothing, as his visits always do.
Since we have now established that our input or lack thereof has no bearing on him whatsoever, there is absolutely no reason not to enjoy his posts. I donβt think he even knows how to check notifications, so itβs not like he sees replies, either.
And, finally, mentally ill or not - heβs an objectively reprehensible person. Racist, violent, anti-semitic, clumsily doxxes random targets of his ire and accuses specific, real people of specific s*x crimes against children. Given his limitless access to unrestricted broadband internet and his admitted knowledge of VPNs and the mechanics of exploiting free trials thereof, heβs an independent adult and has been ruled culpable for his actions by the state. By every conceivable metric, this is just a vile person.
Dahmer was utterly batshit. A broken man with a traumatic childhood that broke him all the more. Contemporary ethics - all ethics, really - dictated that despite this, he was still responsible both morally and legally for his actions. Obviously he wouldnβt have r*ped, murdered and eaten people if his brain wasnβt a ruin, but that doesnβt allow for abdication of ownership of his actions. This isnβt a matter of a sub-70 IQ.
