I've never been able to figure out the kind of psycho logic trait of people who won't shut up. The types who feel a need to talk all the time.

They feel this wierd need to be constanting talking to someone else, they feel this need to be babblying about every flitty thought that passes through their little tiiny brains. THEY WONT SHUT UP
