Grindr hasnt done this in awhile due to user outrage when the first details started to leak. They also used to show such detailed location data to users that you could use it to triangulate which specific dude you were talking to by walking past houses until it said they were a few meters away lol, but they stopped doing that too and now if you get really close it just shows a made up number.
