I have actually important HR shit to deal with involving getting signatures from HR about people that are literally going to be working here in 43 days that need confirmation before they close on their homes or sign rental agreements.
What notifications did I get from HR today? Our SOPs got updated to correct a missing period or capital letter that needs to be under case. (Edit: OMG it took over 10 people to approve an SOP, that was done by the department and medical director, to electronically sign when they donβt understand 99% of the SOP)
How fricking difficult is it to sign paperwork when all of the previous work like backgrounds, drugs and CC checks have been done???
