Someone should direct reddit corporate to this post. Bardfinn basically admits that hate on reddit is a problem that has been fixed. There's a BIG problem right here:

Bardfinn is admitting that againsthatesubreddits has been via "task force" targeting individual moderators on reddit. This is supposed to be against the reddit rules isn't it? Targeting individuals or mod teams? How incredibly fricked up is it to complain on the one hand that reddit moderators are targets and then admit that your subreddit has a task force to target other mods you don't like? Reddit corporate would probably also like to be informed about Bardfinn's intention to target its investors when it goes public.

Imagine though, for a moment, that we started aggressively siding with AHS (because accelerate). Association with us is toxic. So are they toxic?

There's already some precedent with us going after violent rhetoric. Isn't that what against hate subreddits was founded upon?

Next thing you know AHS is trying to explain how AHS shouldn't do the things that AHS does because the Nazis are doing the things that AHS does and if you have AHS and Nazis at the same table then everyone's Nazis right?

Meanwhile everyone else is like WTF is happening? AHS is rDrama now?
