This wouldn’t be a problem if gender clinics weren’t so heavily regulated and were allowed to operate in the free market.

Private gender clinics are a free-for-all in the UK. You can phone up GenderGP (who's owners were struck off the GP register so have to operate from Spain), bung them some £££s and you'll have a subscription to hormones in weeks.
This family must have just been poor. Bit late for the gofundme now, losers.
