All that would have happened differently is this scrote would have had a confirmed diagnosis and could then go onto another waitlist to have his peepee chopped off.
This was a child/young adult failed by healthcare, but let's not pretend quicker access to a fricking gender appointment would have solved anything. Acknowledgement that it was a mental health issue and then proper treatment would have been a start.
