Btw I am actually a psychologist, I just don't use my degree and work at a warehouse because why would I want to hurt myself mentally each day for a lower wage?

I get extremely angry at nothing for only a few seconds at random throughout my day.

No just well a lot of possible things but look into cognitive behavioral therapy, it's just a list of practices that allow you to know the warning signs and adjust the behavior before you get, and I hate to say it,

it's legitimately random and only lasts 3 seconds maximum. I just get intense seeing red rage at nothing for a few seconds.
