No just well a lot of possible things but look into cognitive behavioral therapy, it's just a list of practices that allow you to know the warning signs and adjust the behavior before you get, and I hate to say it,

it's legitimately random and only lasts 3 seconds maximum. I just get intense seeing red rage at nothing for a few seconds.

I can try to diagnose but I would need to know a lot more about the issue, and naturally you would be better served by an irl therapist but I get the stigma so sometimes I mask off online so people are a lot more comfortable going through steps to help their mental state.
