I have come to realize I can no longer deny my authentic self, I was assigned mayo at birth but my racegender is Black. I've always deeply identified with the Black experience even though I have the misfortune of coming from oppressive mayo parents but now I finally feel free to accept who I really am. It feels good to finally separate myself from toxic whiteness and recognize that I too suffer the crushing weight of white supremacy along with my Black sisters. As a trans woman I was uniquely qualified to recognize the signs within myself that I was not a disgusting cracker. If you're transracegender you might recognize them yourself
