It’s kinda interesting that looking at this clip, you can tell it was made in east Asia like the color gradient point it was made on a non export Japanese camera from 90ties. It’s a bit like now in South Korea their default filter washes all the colors (so they look more white less yellow 
) also the song could had easily been Hyde or Gackt song. Dude clearly was inspired by jap scene not western one
