The action, carried out by the Police Station ( DP ) de Venâncio, was due to the fulfillment of a preventive arrest warrant. Lisandro Rafael Posselt ( 28 ), presented at DP accompanied by a lawyer. He also delivered a 22 caliber revolver, which would have been used in the crime. The motivation would be jealous. At the time, he was taken to the Venâncio Aires State Penitentiary ( Peva ).

While the man was in prison, Michelli even asked for protective measures against the defendant. Then she asked for judicial authorization to visit him in prison, which was denied.

On Tuesday's jury ( 28 ), Posselt was sentenced to seven years in prison in the semi-open regime and may be released for being a primary defendant. It is five years for the crime of attempted femicide and two others for the illegal possession of a firearm. With that, he did not need to return to Peva. AD / MS / RS
