In case of Andrew Garfield he was a bit of a social outcast but not in a nerdy loser way but rather a rebellious skater boy way(in fact, the biggest complaint at the time was that he came off as too cool to be Peter Parker ) and it was pretty much dropped with Tom Holland. I liked it up to the magic exam arc. So far it was a fun travel show centered around a tight core crew. But then a fricking billion characters are introduced and you're forced to watch 8+ episodes of the author explaining the world's magic system. I really didn't care for it afterwards.

Finished Wistoria: Wand and Sword which was okay. The premise of martials being able to keep up with casters through sheer BRAWN was great, like a more serious take on Mashle, but unfortunately the protagonist isn't the kind of gigachad martials should be when reminding wizards why they don't get to level 5 very often.
On a whim, watched Magical Girl Spec Ops Asuka which was a lot better than I though it was gonna be. If you like madoka, you'll like this.
Watched Tower of Mid S2 which continues to be extremely uninspired. S2 is basically a retread of S1, but with different characters. It's a shame because the setting is weird and interesting, but it just feels a bit too disconnected.
Started Makeine which is... ehhh so far. Not exactly confidence inspiring but we'll see how it goes. Hopefully the MC grows some balls and tells the hoes to shut up soon
