MC hates gendered terms like partner and commits hate crimes against "alien" immigrants (I think it's important to note that they aren't really portrayed as colonizers here so much as they are immigrants).

Not gonna lie, the description on the site alone sort of set off some alarm bells for me
If the description set off alarm bells, the actual manga will have you losing your mind because this is the most blatant it has EVER been. The manga is straight full of barely-hidden dogwhistles and far right anti-immigrant talking points.
Like MAYBE later chapters can subvert it by making the mcs straight villains and deconstructing all the blatant hate in the first chapter, but it REALLY doesn't seem like that's the case and anyone saying it does is coping unbelievably hard.

The MCs just came off as boring buttholes to me, made it hard for me to care what happens to them. Its only the first chapter so who knows what will happen.

Now that being said, if they portray the Main Characters as clear bad guys moving forward, I think it can work as a commentary on being a right wing conspiracy nut. But the First chapter doesn't do enough to say "hey these guys are clearly the bad guys of the story"
It's dangling on a tightrope and we can only hope it turns out to be more "Cosmos/Tokyo Aliens/Aliens Area" and less "Tokyo Shinobi Squad"
And no even if the Aliens faked the meteor attack in order to peacefully immigrate to planet earth and that is used to justify their deaths, it would still be racist but in a different way.

I read the first chapter, it's such an incredibly blatant satire of chuds that I'm surprised people are even asking this question.

It is indeed possible that every alien they meet being a complete abusive butthole is a coincidence, and it's all bait and switch. It felt extremely clunky to me. I kept thinking if it was a seinen manga doing the same premise, the MCs would be way more intriguing or likeable, while the racist undertones would slightly more subtle or overtop black comedic to make the viewer uncomfortable to root for the protagonists or follow their story.:
