The only thing Riro did wrong was get caught.

So I got into Goblin Slayer initially from picking up the manga on a whim and I liked it. Was not a fan of the first season of the anime though. Just janky. (the intro was a banger though) The new season has fixed a lot of the issues I had, specifically the animation. Anyway I've enjoyed it so far (I'm 3 episodes in) so I can say if you didn't like the initial season you may just enjoy this new one. That said, in my opinion, the manga is still he best version of Goblin Slayer. I'm not particularly fond of the novel's translation.

Banger OP btw

I watched a lot of stuff this week:

First, I finished 'ReZero', the second season got better towards the end just like season 1, I hope season 3 will not drop in quality again though. Story wise they finally got some stuff done after being stuck in that temple village for nearly the whole season, and I hope they do more with the witches. But honestly, as long as subaru stops being a whiny b-word for good Im happy.

Then I also started 'When Supernatural Battles Became Commonplace', which I havent finished yet, seems like a pretty generic harem romance anime so far (thats not necessarily a bad thing).

I also watched 'Watashi no Yuri wa Oshigoto desu!', a yuri romance drama show, it was okay, but imo it lost its focus on its main character a bit too much in the second half. The least they can do is a second season.

After that I watched 'Bloom Into You', also yuri, which was okay but also didnt really lead anywhere.

After that I watched 'MagiRevo', also yuri, which I liked, hope it gets a second season at some point.

After that I watched 'Citrus', also yuri, which I also liked, and which also had a satisfying ending.

After that I watched 'NTR: Netsuzou Trap', also yuri, a very short anime but decent, Im a bit sad that it isnt a full length 12 episode show.

After that I watched 'Adachi to Shimamura', also yuri, it was okay but I hoped for more romance. As it is, nothing really happened, it was more of a slice of life show with some romance elements.

After that I watched the first episode of 'Maria-sama ga Miteru', also yuri, but idk if Ill keep watching it, it seemed very shoujou-ish.

Anyway, thats everything I watched this past week. If you couldnt tell, Im on somewhat of a yuri binge right now, so if you have good recommendations for yuri anime, let me know.

In the latest court session for the long-winding Kyoto Animation arson case, the prosecution officially requested that the defendant receive the death penalty after a weak counter-argument from the defense side last time.

The prosecution stressed that this is the case with the largest amount of victims in the history of criminal court cases and that the death penalty isn't a sentence that should be avoided.

After contacting customer service, the user received a message from Young Jump stating that it detected the user taking screenshots and video recordings within the manga viewer more than a certain number of times on his account, so they took measures to suspend his use of the service.

The user also mentioned that he had a setting on his iPhone that allowed him to take a screenshot while double-tapping the phone, which he has since disabled. Based on earlier posts on X in October, the same user received a warning after accidentally using his iPhone's tap function to take screenshots while reading manga.

While some have agreed that publishers have to stay vigilant to fight piracy, others have questioned whether it was the right move after considering the negative impacts that the countermeasures could have on the users who pay to read manga legally.

I started rewatching Re:Zero, cause I never watched the second part of season 2, and darn, the protagonist is the most annoying neighbor ever. I dont think there is an episode where he doesnt cry like a b-word, and theres also the fact that his character changes rapidly for no reason like every 3 episodes. Also he cant talk like a normal person, he either cries or yells. He is so fricking annoying.

But still, apart from that I think the anime would have potential. The time rewind is interesting, though not used that much especially in season 2 (havent watched much of season 2 part 2 yet though). Worst part apart from the protagonist is that he chose emilia as his love interest instead of rem. He really is a dumb annoying neighbor.

I also started watching Inou Battle Within Everyday Life, Im a few episodes in and so far its okay.
