I had to stay overnight at Gaya station once, worst experience of my life. My parents warned me but I thought eh its a railway station even if its bihar how bad can it be somehow in that one night it showed me how bad it could be(tho tbf at least I didn't get robbed the police didn't look like they'd have cared even if I were).

Seriously jobless journo tho. They broadcast this on TV? :marseydisagree:

Come to Kolkata after you get fired kweenie we'll go out for a coffee and bond over our shared genocidal hatred of Bihari :marseyheart:

Should have stayed Bodh Gaya instead.

Madam forgot there is also UP, I would remove UP first then Bihar. Biharis are hard workers outside their state.

Why is Madam speaking with a weird accent.

If my understanding of Hindi accents is decent I think she's from UP lol. Western UP isn't so bad, Bihar is depressing everytime I see it from even a moving train. Thatch huts, almost no machinery in the fields. I got off the train at 11PM and the connecting one to Kolkata was at 6AM. Didn't really make any sense to go outside.

I guess so, when I was in college I was on trains from delhi to kharagpur (for some fest there) and it was the worst experience of my life. Like now I realize I went through the worst parts but holy shit I was just a kid then. every time i used AP express to vist home (back in 2003) I was so happy but that trip to kharagpur scarred me for life on trains

Sleeper class? We'd take the sleeper train for every other area we visited(north Bengal, Orissa) but for any travel to Delhi they always got at least 3AC tickets in Rajdhani lol. One time we went my father's relatives from the village to Varanasi and ig that many AC tickets was difficult so they got sleeper ones. Midnight I wake up to my mother shouting at two bimarus who had boarded at night and shoved my grandmother aside to sit. Since there was like 10 or 12 of us they went away.
