Even in burgerland this would be the rare cut and dry instance of the ADA actually being violated, assuming the OP has some kind of documentation for the eye impairment. Accommodations don't get much more reasonable than a color setting on a personal workstation computer.

I use the ADA to force the removal of homeless encampments on sidewalks. Have to have three feet to pass by.
Also to have cars towed when they park in the drive way and block the sidewalk.

In my experience the ADA mostly exists so that white women with Munchausen's can make the lives of everyone around them more difficult. But in theory it exists for situations like the OP, and given how loicense and regulation heavy bongland is I'd be surprised if they didn't have something very similar.

@JimieWhales went too a resort where they had caution tape all around the hot tub because they had been sued for not having a crane too lift disabled people in/out of the tub.
