Everytime I enter REM state during sleep I experience nightmares and immediately wake up. So despite sleeping 8 hours with excellent deep sleep which allows me to recover physically, mentally I feel like worse waking up than going to sleep.
Only cope thus far has been dude weeding it up before going to sleep cause I usually don't dream when I do that. Any other suggestions how I keep myself from bullying me in my head every night?

Don't exercise right before you sleep r-slur. You should have an hour to wind down post work out before you sleep.

According to a study, exercise right before bed every day is STILL better than a life without exercise. Still the worst form but you've gotta move around.
