Heard a lot more than the usual rattling from their living area so I went to check on them, was too to noooootice they were fricking and I fed the female one (she's not as shy as the male one so she tends to approach us first) a Chinkchilla treat... and whoopsie the male was actually mounted on her and the sound was actually them banging against the metal Suffice to say there's no more noise coming from their area anymore

They don't breed as fast AFAIK lol and they're from the Andes Mountain where it's cold so it's a bit too much maintenance for most people in our type of heck hole climates
