I got gas before testing and some gas got soaked onto my hoodie, when I pulled my sleeve up it ran up my arm. I am worried about the smell or it touching my skin causing a pop for alcohol.

today I started off with two caffeine pills, followed by a 3 scoops of pre-workout. then I will took two laxatives and five suppositories to clean myself out, so I can work out on an empty stomach while fasting. if my stomach hurts, I will take antidiarrhea medication. I know my back will be hurting so I have a lidocane patch. Then I'll take my probiotics for strong stomach gut health, and the purple thing is to unclog me if anything bad happens.
