Idk sounds kinda fake, but theres enough people like that, in reality. And why ive come to oppose handouts and bennies. If youre not earning your own livelihood, you should only receive the absolute bare minimum needed to survive, no discretionary spending or luxury. Other people do your work, so you only deserve the scraps.

lmao what kind of app are they using?
I don't count calories personally because I have enough self-control to not overeat without it, but my impression of modern tracking apps is that you enter in your calories eaten AND your weight over time. The app can figure out if you're eating more than or less than what your body is burning due to changes in your weight (gaining weight -> more, obviously). They'll then typically calculate a mean daily calories burned for you personally.

They're just lying at the end of the day. If you put your weight into those apps it'll still give you such a proportional amount of calories you won't have that hard a time unless you're binge eating. You put a morbidly obese weight in there with no exercise and it'll still allow you like 3K calories a day in order to stay at the safe 2 lbs a week.
