It's just not true because the PCOS adapts and decides how many calories our mitochodria are goinig to burn but we're still expected to function at 100% even if our brains are in the process of switching themselves off from a lack of calories and nutrients.
Ah yes, brain switch themselves off the second you aren't consuming over 3000 calories a day.
