asides from doctors, teachers, nurses and secretaries, nearly all womens jobs are a net negative and drain on society. 80% of womens jobs are just a tax payer burdened jobs program.
I've recently been involved with my company's HR team to deal with a behavioural issue in another department. They needed a neutral party to help out doing interviews and stuff and I volunteered because I'm a slut for drama.
Everyone in HR is a foid.
The b-word who's making everyone's life a misery is a foid.
All the witnesses involved in all the catty exchanges going back five years are foids.
None of the people I am speaking to generate anything for the company.
Just couldn't help nooticing these things.
Makes me glad I was a tomboy and got into a manly field because I could not live like that.
Sometimes I think am I really trans or are basic bitches just so fricking r-slurred that being trans is a defense mechanism to not being associated with them.
Unfortunately, basic bitches are just that r-slurred. They kind of just exist to consoom, and think that any sort of challenge or struggle is bad and to be avoided.

Doctors are a net negative as well. I remember reading somewhere that the majority of women who pursue a career as a doctor end up dropping it to become full time mothers instead. Since there are a limited number of slots available for students to study to become doctors, this comes at the opportunity cost of filling those seats with men who have a near 100% chance of staying a doctor for their entire careers. In the long run this means you start seeing a gradual increase in doctor shortages which needs to be offset through immigration.
It's worse with specialists. They're purposefully restricting supply.
The whole medical system is like this, though. There's frankly no reason why you should need to get a 4-year undergrad degree before starting medical school. Pharmacists get by with 2 years and even that is pushing it. And costs are also insanely high for no reason other than "we can get away with charging a lot".
Perhaps the most notorious recent example of a disappearing polymorph is that of ritonavir (Figureβ 2βa), an antiviral compound marketed by Abbott Laboratories in 1996 as Norvirβ’ in the form of semisolid gel capsules for the treatment of the acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS). The capsules were based on the only known crystal form,Β Formβ I, discovered during the development process. In 1998, however, a new and significantly less-soluble polymorph of ritonavir unexpectedly precipitated out in the semisolid gel capsules, thereby leading to failed dissolution tests for the capsule.32,β33Β Subsequent studies showed that the new form, referred to asΒ Formβ II, exhibited a significantly lower solubility in hydroalcoholic solutions than the marketedΒ Formβ I.33Β In addition, it was found thatΒ Formβ IIΒ renderedΒ Formβ IΒ unobtainable in any laboratory to whichΒ Formβ IIΒ had been introduced. There was even speculation that the conversion ofΒ Formβ IΒ intoΒ Formβ IIΒ in the laboratory was facilitated simply by the presence of an individual who had previous exposure toΒ Formβ IIΒ (or the contaminants that were subsequently shown to enable the formation ofΒ Formβ II). As a result of these events, ritonavir had to be temporarily withdrawn from the market.34
In addition, it was found that Formβ II rendered Formβ I unobtainable in any laboratory to which Formβ II had been introduced. There was even speculation that the conversion of Formβ I into Formβ II in the laboratory was facilitated simply by the presence of an individual who had previous exposure to Formβ II (or the contaminants that were subsequently shown to enable the formation of Formβ II).
They're seed crystals. You synthesise a new drug but you want it pure from any impurities so you crystallise it. These can be molecules used to control growth in huge industrial settings. However these crystal structures can have spontaneous alternates called polymorphs appear that change the structure of the product, changing the effects, state and mechanism of the drug in unknown ways. These can cause insane SEETHE in chemical patents where generic drug companies make a drug and it polymorphs into a copyrighted compound from GSK to where they can't just change their entire labs to reverse it, if they can, the seed crystals of the polymorphs have already contaminated everything in production.
A broad range of crystallization techniques is generally employed to search for the most stable crystal form in hundreds or (in some cases) thousands of experimental attempts.11 New crystal forms can, however, emerge unexpectedly long after the carefully designed and executed screening experiments are completed. Such a sudden emergence of a new crystal form can be unsettling and problematic, especially in the late stages of a product development or even following launch, because the newly emerged form can exhibit different (possibly undesired) properties. Equally disruptive is the emergence of a thermodynamically more-stable crystal form, in accord with Ostwald's Rule of Stages,12 concurrent with the disappearance of the less-stable known forms that signal a loss of control of the production process.
It's also related to occupational licensing (which yes is nice, but doubly so if you get to set the supply of labor). Within each State, doctors and psychiatrists have their monopsonies. It's weird that FTC hasn't gotten involved since the customers get screwed.

They just needed a neutral senior manager who wasn't HR and not from the department involved.
I actually have an excellent reputation at work as a trusted and competent senior leader.
