Of course, plenty of men will say—either directly or indirectly—that the solution to all our problems (read: their problems) is to somehow "return" to a time when women couldn't earn their own incomes, and thus, were forced to settle. I get it, somewhat. Even if these foids don't actually want to get married, they still want to be seen as "marriage material" by society, similar to the way moids want to be seen as frickable even if they don't like fricking that much. It must chafe to consider yourself a HVF and still not see HVMs line up as suitors. Especially with how many of them probably had relationships where they thought they might get married only for it blow up and make them feel like they wasted years of their life on nothing. The problem is really that society has no respectable outlet for volcels.
