ive been not able to maintain a good streak on my calorie counting. havent been gaining weight but have been binge eating a lot and it's not making me feel well at all. any tips on how to make myself feel less hungry for snacking?
Make your own snacks! I make energy bars or little snacks balls with a food processor and various nuts,fruits and grains!
Get some dates, sultanas, raisins, almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts together. Have some coconut flakes and fat too (if not available water, olive oil or juice of an orange/lemon/whatever would work.). Add the zest of a fruit you like best too. I add some nutmeg and saltofc w/ cocoa powder too. Blend all that together until the mix reaches a sticky dough consistency. Lay this out on a baking tray with baking paper to cool or mold into little balls. When cooled in a fridge for a few hours theyvebeen set and ready to eat!
Another amazing idea is getting a few bananas, cutting them and freezing them over night. Put them in food processor with a bit of milk, blend until you get a pseudo-soft icecream that's awesome. No freezing needed. Even add nuts, chocolate etc.. to it. Eg,
