I like fried rice, but this is unironically my best attempt. Rice, tumeric, curry powder, olive (and then seasame because I ran out) oil, diced chicken breast, white mushrooms, lots of peas, couple eggs, oyster sauce, and soy sauce

do you have a rice cooker? it seems like one of those useless extraneous appliances on the surface but i use mine all the time. no effort at all for perfect rice every time, and you can just make a lot and keep rice in the fridge 24/7 because rice costs basically nothing

I do not, no, but I really should get one. I've gone out with an asian girl and I've got a couple asian friends (including a guy from HK), and I've been read the riot act by each one for not using a rice cooker

Sure, you absolutely don't need to spend that much, but I highly recommend it. This model makes much better rice than cheaper models, and if 230 is too much a pressure cooker or pot would also make rice just fine. I only really recommend a rice cooker if someone makes rice a ton, and for those people 230 isnt that much (some models go up to ~$750).

this one is kind of expensive compared to others but in my experience japanese cooking appliances always work really well, prob because most of them dont have stoves or ovens. might be fine getting a cheaper one for just rice cooking tho

I do have to ask, do twinks have a particular way of writing that you can identify not only their sexual orientation, but also their role within that orientation?

you need to put rice in the fridge for a couple days before frying it to prevent it getting gummy. looks like it tasted good though!

That don't look like no fried rice I seen it's too wet. did you make it on a nonstick? a wok or cast iron gets hotter and isn't toxic at high temps

I know it's too wet , I used too much water and cooked it immediately afterwards. Tasted good though

Tip for next time, use day old rice. Fresh rice turns to mush.
