I left some tuna salad on my counter last night for four hours then put it back in the fridge when i realized. It still good?

Its just tuna, mayo and diced onions and jalapeños. Came over during my lunch break and made a sandwich and didn't notice i left it out until I got off work because I was really just focused on grabbing some stuff I forgot to bring and in a rush

It takes 5 minutes to make tuna salad. If it takes longer than that, I recommend :marseyropeyourself:

Exactly. Life's too short for bad tuna.

These sites are always super paranoid and unrealistic. People are so paranoid they'll make stuff like chicken stock, which sits there boiling in a giant pot for six hours and is EXTREMELY hot, and they'll tell you to prepare an ice bath for it so you can make sure it gets cool enough to put in the fridge right away, instead of just leaving it on the stove overnight like a normal person.

Do you think the french, who invented that shit, were bringing all the ice in their 1700s shithole country over so they could get their chicken stock super cold to avoid the "danger zone" or whatever? Frick all that horse shit, do whatever you want. Food smells bad when it's bad, we've known this since we were still living in caves.
