These sites are always super paranoid and unrealistic. People are so paranoid they'll make stuff like chicken stock, which sits there boiling in a giant pot for six hours and is EXTREMELY hot, and they'll tell you to prepare an ice bath for it so you can make sure it gets cool enough to put in the fridge right away, instead of just leaving it on the stove overnight like a normal person.

Do you think the french, who invented that shit, were bringing all the ice in their 1700s shithole country over so they could get their chicken stock super cold to avoid the "danger zone" or whatever?
