Pre-heat oven to 350 or don't, just leave it in there a bit longer
Open your package of Tikka Masala and put in a skillet
Put skillet in the oven for 30 or so minutes
Bon appetite!

cut beef roast into 1-1.5 inch cubes
add garlic and achiote block
dump peperoncini jar over roast
if slow cooker or dutch oven: cook on low for ~7-8 hours
if instant pot, cook for an hour
serve over mashed potaties or on crusty bread for sandwiches.

Thats a Mississippi Roast I believe or something similar. The peppercinis make all the difference that shit is bomb, you're also supposed to use a shit load of butter hence Mississippi

idk i've just always used peperoncini and garlic - with the achiote to make it look less grey. i feel like ranch and butter would bring it into those CRACK CHICKEN recipe realms where it triples the calories for only a small amount more flavor

The butter def adds calories but the ranch in question is the goyslop packets. They'll be very negligible for the overall dish

Nah, we get them rarely. I've seen them but it's so rare.
I can get jalapenos, thai peppers, sweet red and bell peppers. Sometimes peppers that look like pepperoncini but are not

Vlasic sells jars of sliced up banana peppers. That'd do the same thing for this recipe anyway, might as well just use those.

Do you drain the liquid from the peperoncinis or put that in the slow cooker as well? Sounds good mang

leave it in
that's what makes the beef sour
this is one of my most commonly cooked lazy recipes during the winter - it makes quite a few meals and freezes easily if you're going through one of those not-eating phases for easy protein
